Nassau NewsHARTFORD, Conn., Feb. 17, 2026 – Building service workers union 32BJ SEIU and Nassau Financial Group are pleased to announce the awarding of a janitorial contract to Performance Janitorial Services, a responsible contractor, for maintenance of the Nassau Financial Group building at One American Row, also known as the Boat Building. Performance Janitorial Services, will recognize 32BJ as the sole representative of the workers at the site, where six cleaners will maintain this important Hartford property.
